Learned counsel for the appellant has placed on record a compromise deed dated 08.08.2024 signed by all the parties. 2.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that as per the compromise deed the present appeal is to be withdrawn, and two demand drafts bearing Nos.573062 and 000378 dated 06.08.2024 amounting to Rs.2,00,000/- and Rs.1,50,000/- respectively issued by IndusInd Bank have been handed over to the appellant, who is present in Court. Registry to scan the compromise deed and tag the same at the appropriate place. 3.

Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
