This is an application for withdrawal of the main appeal on the ground that there has been a family settlement between the parties. 2.

In view of the fact that the application is for simpliciter withdrawal of the main appeal, there is no requirement for issuing notices to the respondents.

In view of the above and for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. With the consent of learned counsel for the applicant-appellant, the main case (RSA-1736-2018) is taken on Board today itself.
