In response to the advance notice learned State counsel submitted that in the present matter after thorough investigation, the investigating agency had filed the cancellation report before the Magistrate on 28.06.2025 and same is pending for adjudication. 3.

Nothing survives in the instant petition and the same is hereby dismissed.
