This petition is filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 BNSS for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondent Nos.3 and 4, who are harassing him and threatening him to implicate in a hit and run accident case.
