Present petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of bail pending trial to the petitioner in FIR No.0056 dated 09.11.2019, under Sections 302, 307, 452, 120-B, 148 read with Sections 34 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, and Sections 25 and 29 of the Arms Act, 1959, registered at Police Station Bahu Akbarpur, District Rohtak.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to accept the prayer, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage. 3.

Ordered accordingly.
