The learned counsel representing the petitioner prays for permission to withdraw both the revision petitions. It has been stated by the learned counsel representing the landlord that pursuant to the order of ejectment passed by both the Courts below, the possession of the tenanted premised has already been handed over to the landlord. 2.

Since the petitioner is withdrawing both the revision petition, therefore, the respondent-landlord shall have the liberty to file an independent suit for claiming the mesne profits for the use and occupation of the tenanted premises.

In view of the above, both the revision petitions are dismissed as withdrawn.
