The instant petition has been filed by the petitioner for direction to the police to investigate the case properly. The redressal of grievance of the petitioner can be redressed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate. Otherwise also, as per contents of the petition, the opposite party has committed an offence and cognizance of the same can be taken by the learned Area Judicial Magistrate.

In such circumstances, the instant petition is hereby dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a complaint before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate.
