Prayer in this petition filed under Section under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing FIR No. 277 dated 08.11.2020 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 363, 366 and 376 IPC and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 at Police Station Kotwali, District Patiala and all the consequential proceedings arising therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 27.09.2023 (Annexure P-2) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition.
