Counsel for the State submits a2er filing the present peon the peoner had filed another bail applicaon which was registered at CRM-M-51286-2023 and was decided on 08.05.2024. While deciding the said peon, CRM-M-51286-2023 it was observed that the second bail peon has rendered infructuous because the petoner has already been acqui9ed.
