(Oral) The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.12 dated 26.02.2021 registered under Sections 411, 414, 489-A, 489-B, 489-C and 489-D of IPC 1860, Sections 18, 21 and 22 of NDPS Act, Sections 25 of Arms Act, Section 14 of Foreigners Act 1946, Sections 3, 34 and 20 of Indian Passport Act (now deleted vide rapat No.27 dated 28.02.2022) and Sections 21-B and 21-C of NDPS Act (added later on) at Police Station Khem Karan, District Tarn Taran.
After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the instant petition at this stage. Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
