(Oral) The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the orders dated 25.11.2019, 17.12.2020 and 07.02.2024 (Annexures P-5, P-6 and P-8 respectively). 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail his other remedies before the Civil Court in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid.
