H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the revisionists states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition. However, a direction be issued to the trial Court to conclude the trial expeditiously.

Dismissed as withdrawn.

Expeditious trial is right of every litigant. Therefore, while dismissing the revision petition, the trial Court is directed to make earnest endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously, by giving short adjournments.
