MANJARI NEHRU KAUL, J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the hands of respondents No.4 to 19.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if the official respondents are directed to look into his representation dated 05.09.2024 (Annexure P-3) for the purpose of providing police security during the celebration of an annual function at Dera Shree 108 Sant BabaGarib Dass Ji alias Baba Fakir Dass Ji situated at Village Kot Ram Dass (Navi Abadi), Chuggitti, Tehsil and District Jalandhar, scheduled for 22.09.2024.
