**** NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.0108 dated 11.09.2019 under Sections 498A/406/323/34 IPC (Annexure P-1) at Women Police Station, Gurugram, District Gurugram.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw present petition with liberty to file afresh with better particulars.

Permitted to do so with liberty aforesaid.
