(Oral) Prayer in the present 1st petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing/setting aside impugned order dated 29.10.2022 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad whereby respondent No.2-accused has been permitted to travel abroad in FIR No.5 dated 04.01.2021 under Sections 377, 406, 498-A, 506, 34 IPC registered at Police Station: Women Faridabad, District Faridabad. Learned counsel for respondent No.2 has produced copies of orders dated 22.07.2024 and 19.10.2024 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Faridabad to demonstrate that respondent No.2 is duly and regularly appearing before the learned trial Court. Copies of the said orders have been handed over in Court which are taken on record.
