This petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing respondents No.2 to 5 to take action and to decide the legal notice dated 15.06.2024 (Annexure P-1) and representations dated 29.07.2024 and 07.08.2024 (Annexures P-3 and P-4 respectively). 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition. 3.

In view of the above, the instant petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
