(ORAL) Challenge in the present petition is to the judgment dated 01.04.2016 passed by learned District Judge (Family Court), Bhiwani in Criminal Petition No. 78 of 2015 filed by the respondents titled as 'Sunita and others vs. Rupesh' whereby in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C., total interim maintenance of Rs. 7,000/-p.m. (Rs.3,000/- to the wife and Rs.2,000/- p.m. each to both the children) has been granted. The present petition pertains to the year 2016. Perusal of the order sheets shows that notice of motion was issued in the present case on 25.05.2017; whereupon learned counsel for the respondent put in appearance on 17.05.2018. was no representation on behalf of the petitioners on the last 4 dates i.e. 17.01.2017, 12.10.2017, 06.03.2018 and 12.03.2020. Even today also for the 5th date, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioners. Therefore, it can safely be presumed that the petitioners or their counsel are not interested in pursuing the present petition.
