This is an application for preponing the date of hearing of the main appeal from 09.01.2025 to some early date on the ground that the matter stands compromised between the parties. 2.

In view of the above, the present application is allowed. With the consent of both the counsel, the main appeal is preponed and is taken on Board today itself.

Learned counsel for the parties are ad idem that the parties have since entered into a compromise dated 14.11.2024. The suit was for recovery of ₹4,00,000 which was filed by plaintiff-respondent No.1, who now states that the money has been received by her and that the lis does not survive any longer.

Learned counsel for the appellant, on instructions from the appellant, who is present in Court and has been duly identified by her counsel as also by her Aadhar card (copy of which is retained on the file), states that the matter stands compromised and seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal.

Dismissed as withdrawn. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
