Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the matter of inheritance of property of Ram Chand, who died on 02.03.2003 has already been settled vide judgment dated 11.05.2016 passed in RSA No.3098 of 2018, as such, this appeal is rendered infructuous. In view of submission of learned counsel for the appellants and the judgment dated 11.05.2016 passed in RSA No.3098 of 2014, this appeal is dismissed.
