Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the present case wherein the question of law raised has already been answered by this Court while passing the order in LPA-1957-2023- 'M/s Jagdambe Rice Mills's case (supra), hence, the present appeal is also disposed of in the same terms and conditions as held in LPA-1957-2023- 'M/s Jagdambe Rice Mills's case (supra) , 3.
