(ORAL) This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for seeking proper/further/fresh or de-novo investigation in case FIR No. 16 dated 30.6.2017 under Sections 7 and 13 of Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, registered at Police Station SVB Hisar, State Vigilance Bureau. Learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court the order dated 11.2.2019 (Annexure P-3) passed by the Court below vide which the cancellation report was accepted and accused Hoshiar Singh was discharged.

In view of the above, no interference by this Court is called for. The petition is dismissed.
