**** AMIT RAWAL, J. (ORAL) Petitioners are seeking indulgence of this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents- Haryana Vidyut Prasaran Nigam Limited, to treat 46 posts of SBC Category of Grid Substation Operation to be posts under Unreserved/General Category posts keeping in view directions issued vide letter dated 05.06.2019 (Annexure P5) and in this regard, had submitted representation dated 26.07.2019/13.08.2019 (Annexure P-12), but there is no adherence thereto. Learned counsel for petitioners submits that they will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent Nos.2 & 3, to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019/13.08.2019 (Annexure P-12) keeping in view Annexures P-5 and P-8, within a stipulated period. Without going into the merits and demerits of the claim of the petitioners, I deem it appropriate to direct respondent Nos.2 & 3 , to consider the representation dated 26.07.2019/13.08.2019 (Annexure P-12)

This condition of imposing costs is only to prevent petitioners to run from pillar to post and avail remedy of contempt in case of noncompliance of directions issued by this Court.
