Petitioner, a senior citizen, who claims himself to be an Exserviceman in the Indian Army, has filed the present petition praying therein to direct respondent No.2, to decide the Application bearing No.1/SDM/24 dated 23.01.2024 (Annexure P-10), in a time bound manner. 2.
