(ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for quashing the impugned order dated 12.06.2017 (Annexure P-2) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Hisar, in complaint case No.2456-II/18.11.2015 filed under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh one with better particulars.
