Through the instant revision petition, the petitioner assails the order 29.08.2019, whereby, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Hisar, has dismissed the application, as preferred by the petitioner under Section 319 of the Cr.P.C., thereby seeking summoning of the respondents No.2 to 16, as additional accused.

Today, it has been informed to this Court that the trial, wherein, the other co-accused had been facing trial, has already culminated in their conviction.

Consequently, in view of the judgment rendered by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in case titled as "Sukhpal Singh Khaira V/s The State of Punjab", 2022(4) Crimes 644, the instant revision petition is disposed of, as having been rendered infructuous.
