MANJARI NEHRU KAUL , J. (ORAL) Petitioner is seeking quashing of order dated 08.04.2022 (Annexure P-6) passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Indri, whereby the petitioner had been declared as proclaimed person in case FIR No.134 dated 07.04.2020 under Sections 148, 149, 188, 323, 324, 326 307, 506, 216/120-B of the IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Indri, District Karnal. 2.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to appear and surrender before the trial Court. Hence, in the aforementioned facts and circumstances, petitioner be granted seven days time to appear and surrender before the trial Court and directions be issued to the trial Court that his bail application, which he PUNEET SACHDEVA 2024.01.25 17:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document.

On asking of the Court, Ms. Trishanjali Sharma, Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Mr. Prateek Singh, Advocate, for Mr. Munish Mittal, Advocate, has entered appearance on behalf of the complainant. 6.

In view of the limited prayer made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of with directions to the petitioner to appear and surrender before the trial Court within six days from today. Till then, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.

It is made clear that in case, the petitioner fails to surrender before the trial Court on or before 29.01.2024, this order shall be of no avail to him, thereafter. In case, on appearance and surrender, the petitioner moves an application for bail before the trial Court, the same shall be decided expeditiously by the trial Court in accordance with law.
