HARSH BUNGER, J. (ORAL) Prayer in the present petition, filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, is for issuance of a direction to respondent No.2 to get the investigation completed in case FIR No.34 dated 09.02.2022 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, at Police Station City Kotkapura, District Faridkot.

In view of status report dated 13.12.2022 filed by learned State counsel, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition at this stage with liberty to take recourse to the remedy(ies) as available to the petitioner in accordance with law. Ordered accordingly.
