Learned State counsel submits that FIR has been registered against respondents no. 5 and 6 and the matter is still under investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though police has registered the FIR but no arrest has been made so far. Keeping in view the fact that FIR has been registered by the police and investigation is still in progress, the instant petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to again approach this Court after six months in the matter of progress of investigation, if so required.
