This petition has been filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for the issuance of a direction upon the official respondent to take appropriate action against the private respondents upon the representation dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) moved by the petitioner, in accordance with law and within a time bound manner. 2.

At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has filed the representation dated 26.11.2024 (Annexure P-2) before respondent No. 3 raising her grievances as mentioned in the present petition but the same has not yet been considered and no action has been taken thereupon. He further submits that at this stage, the petitioner would be satisfied if, appropriate directions are issued to the respondents concerned to consider and decide the aforesaid representation filed by the petitioner and take necessary action thereupon. 3.
