H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) Appellants - Smt. Ram Pyari and Parveen Kumar alongwith Mr. Ajay Jain, Advocate, representing all the appellants, state that the matter has since been compromised between the parties, as such the appellants do not want to proceed further with the appeal, therefore, they be allowed to withdraw the same.

Respondent No.1 - Sunil @ Sanjay, who is present in court in person and as identified by Smt. Ram Pyari, also confirms the factum of compromise between the parties stating that the respondents have no objection if the appellants are allowed to withdraw the appeal.

Under the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn as compromised.
