The petitioner apprehending arrest in the FIR captioned above, had come up before this Court under Section 438 CrPC seeking regular bail. 2.
Vide order dated 10.10.2023, the petitioner was granted interim protection, by this Court, which is continuing till date.

Petitioner's counsel submits that in compliance of order dated 10.10.2023, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Furthermore, he would have no objection in case this Court imposes any stringent condition while making interim bail order absolute. 4.
Counsel for the State on instructions from Inspector Manpreet Singh submits that although the petitioner has joined the investigation, yet the petitioner be directed to join the investigation as and when called upon to do so. 5.
Given above, petition is allowed and interim order dated 10.10.2023, is made absolute subject to the compliance of condition that the petitioner shall join the investigation as and when called upon by the Investigator or any Superior Officer; and shall cooperate with the investigation at all further stages as might be required. In the event of failure to do so, it will be open for the prosecution to seek cancellation of the bail.
