The present revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for setting aside the order dated 10.08.2023 (Annexure P-4) passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Bathinda whereby upon an application filed by the respondent herein under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC, the petition of the petitioner herein was rejected. 2.

Since the impugned order has been passed by the Family Court, Bathinda, the same is amenable to appeal under Section 19(1) of the Family Courts Act, 1984.

Faced with the same, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a First Appeal against the Order.
