(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a direction to the respondents to decide the petitioner's applications dated 27.07.2024, 31.07.2024 and 06.09.2024, Annexures P-1 to P-4 respectively, in a time bound manner.

Learned State counsel has referred to the status report filed by Mahesh Kumar, HPS, Assistant Commissioner of Police, Ballabgarh, dated 15.11.2024, stating that appropriate action on the petitioner's representations/applications has been taken as is apparent from the inquiry report dated 17.08.2024, Annexure R-1, which is to the following effect: ...The process of Havan idol installation was completed by Shri Moolchand Sharma, Cabinet Minister. In which the idol of Shanidev got broken due to being old while leaving. The temple committee immersed it in Haridwar. CRM-M-47302-2024 -2stolen from the temple. The temple committee has also installed a new idol of Shanidev in the temple. After verification, no truth has been found in the complaint. The complaint does not need any action. Hence, it is recommended to file the complaint. The report is submitted.
