RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. praying for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.0527, dated 04.05.2022, Annexure P-2, under Sections 323, 34, 354, 376, 376(2) (n), 506 IPC (Sections 323 and 34 IPC deleted and Section 354-D IPC added during investigation), Police Station Hisar Sadar, District Hisar. However, as per Office report, the petitioner had earlier also filed application for grant of bail, which was dismissed by this Court on 29.09.2022 and hence, this is the second petition for the same relief. However, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy as available to him under the law.

Allowed as prayed for.
