The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking setting aside of instructions dated 30.09.2023 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that Instructions dated 30.09.2023 are in complete violation of terms and conditions of Custom Milling Policy for KMS 2023-24.
