H. S. Madaan, J. (Oral) After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he be permitted to withdraw the present revision petition since he intends to file an application before the trial Court for framing of an issue with regard to the suit being barred by the principle of res judicata. In view of such statement made by learned counsel for the revisionist, the revision petition is dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the observations made by the trial court in impugned order dated 13.9.2022, on revisionist moving an application for framing of additional issue with regard to the suit being barred by the principle of res judicata, the application be disposed of at the earliest in accordance with law.
