The present revision petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.09.2023 whereby the application for waiving off the six months period was dismissed.

On the previous date of hearing i.e. 30.10.2023, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, despite the case having been called twice, no one has put in appearance on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the revision petition. This Court is left with no option but to dismiss the present revision petition for non-prosecution.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed off.
