Petitioner has approached this Court praying for issuance of directions to quash order dated 17.09.2014 passed by Divisional Commissioner, Patiala, Annexure P-5, order dated 12.12.2012, passed by Collector, Patiala, Annexure P-3, and order dated 17.09.2010 passed by Assistant Collector Ist Grade Nabha, District Patiala, vide Annexure P-2, in a suit for recovery of Cakota (lease money) under Section 14 of Punjab Tenancy Act, which suit was not maintainable during pendency of title dispute. It is further prayed to direct the respondents not to interfere in the peaceful possession of the petitioners and operation of the impugned orders be stayed till pendency of the present petition. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition.
