This petition has been filed for quashing of order dated 25.08.2023 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sangrur in case No.CHI/20/2018 dated 25.01.2018.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the pleas before the trial Court at the appropriate stage. He however, prays that the trial Court be directed to grant exemption to the petitioner from personal appearance, since he is aged about 72 years and suffering from age related ailments. He is ready to furnish an affidavit undertaking to appear before the trial Court only on the dates, for which his presence is absolutely necessary. 3.

Dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. 4.
