On the other hand, learned counsel for the respondent submits that pursuant to the decrees passed by the Courts below, sale deed dated 19.02.2025 has already been executed in favour of the plain-ff-decree holder-respondent herein.

In the aforesaid circumstances, it appears that the appellants are no longer interested in pursuing this appeal. Disposed of as such.
