******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants being the devotees of Gurudwara Sahib, Sidhuwal filed suit seeking mandatory injunction against the encroachers of the land of Gurudwara Sahib to remove the encroachment from its land and also the relief of permanent injunction against the defendants to restrain them from interfering in the peaceful possession of land of Gurudwara Sahib. However, they failed to prove the encroachment as no demarcation report was produced on file. The plea was also taken that encroachment was made in connivance with the management of Gurudwara Sahib, which is act of mismanagement.
