AARADHNA SAWHNEY , J (ORAL) Challenge is to order dated 28.02.2022 passed by the learned JMIC, Sangrur whereby complaint bearing No.COMP No.263/2019 filed by the respondent under Section 138 of the NI Act, which was dismissed for want of prosecution, was ordered to be restored to its original number. Case has been called twice since morning but no one has turned up for the petitioner. It seems that the purpose of filing the petition has since been achieved and therefore the petitioner is no longer interested in prosecuting the same.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
