Dated Police StaƟon SecƟons 22.01.2022 Kurukshetra University, District Kurukshetra 406, 420, 506 IPC The present peƟƟon has been filed under SecƟon 439 (2) Cr.P.C read with SecƟon 482 Cr.P.C for cancellaƟon of bail as granted to respondent No. 2 in the above capƟoned FIR.

Counsel for the peƟƟoner submits that the balance sale consideraƟon was only Rs. 1,50,000/- and now in compliance of the previous order, he has filed an affidavit JYOTI 2023.08.03 12:47 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this order/judgment.

CRM-31305-2023 in/and -2- 2023:PHHC:099010 CRM-M-52030-2022 explaining and conceding that there are not going to take any adverse acƟon against respondent No.2-accused because of the registraƟon of sale deed in their favour and they will withdraw their civil suit in terms of the compromise. 3.

Given the now categorically stand of the peƟƟoner and the affidavit, which is filed today, respondent No.2-accused is directed to comply with the previous orders as well as in consonance with the affidavit filed by the peƟƟoner on or before 31.08.2023. It is clarified that if the order is not complied with, it shall be permissible for the peƟƟoner to file fresh applicaƟon for cancellaƟon of bail and on this ground alone, the bail shall be cancelled.

This Court requests the counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.2accused to communicate date of registraƟon of sale and his availability to counsel appearing for the peƟƟoner. In case of any confusion, counsel for the parƟes are requested to speak to each other and to find out a working soluƟon. For any other small issues, this Court requests the counsel appearing for the peƟƟoner as well as counsel for respondent No.2-accused to sit with their respecƟve clients and also interact with each other and find out soluƟon if there is any issue.

Given above, the present peƟƟon stands disposed of with the obovesaid observaƟons. All pending miscellaneous applicaƟons, if any, stand disposed of.
