The present petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of direction to the official respondents to conduct a fair and proper investigation after adding the Sections 332, 353, 188, 427 and 506 IPC in FIR No.133, dated 24.08.2022, registered under Sections 323, 325, 148 and 149 IPC at Police Station Lalru, District SAS Nagar.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Pawan Kumar submits that Investigating Officer in the present case is ASI Pawan Kumar and not respondent No.4-Jagtar Singh ASI.

In view of the above, as the apprehension and objection of the petitioner, no longer subsists, learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
