Present appeal pertains to the year 2018 and the same has repeatedly been adjourned either on the ground that none appeared or on the request made by counsel for the appellants. Today, on the first call, Mr. Surender Saini, Advocate, who had filed the present appeal, had informed the Court that the appellants had taken away the file from him and that he has no instructions in the matter. The matter was passed-over to enable the appellant(s) to appear in person or through some other counsel, however, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. 2.

In view of the above, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
