The present appeal pertains to the year 2017. On 14.08.2019 the following order was passed :

"Respondent no.1 is reported to have died.

As per office report, respondent no.2 is unserved as he was not found residing at the given address. Learned counsel for the appellants to furnish the correct address of respondent no.2 within two weeks from today. Pursuant thereto, fresh notice be issued to respondent no.2 for 14.02.2020.

Necessary steps be taken to implead the legal representatives of respondent no.1 well before the adjourned date."

On 14.02.2020 time was sought by learned counsel for the appellants to comply with the order dated 14.08.2019. Today none has appeared on behalf of the appellants nor the order dated 14.08.2019 has been complied with till date.
