Petitioner - Ireo Grace Realtech Private Limited, has filed present writ petition for setting aside the order dated 15.04.2021 (Annexure P-2), whereby Permanent Lok Adalat (Public Utility Services), Gurugram, vide application No.5806 of 2017, titled as "Subodh Jain vs. IREO Grace Real Tech Private Limited", directed the petitioner to refund the entire amount of Rs.66,20,094/-, along with simple interest @ 9% p.a. from 27.11.2018, till its realisation.

Today, counsel for the petitioners submits that execution proceedings are almost at the last stage, and she has been instructed by her client to withdraw the present writ petition. Thus, she prays for withdrawal of the present writ petition.

On the basis of the statement made by counsel for the petitioner, present writ petition stands dismissed as having been withdrawn.
