The instant Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to ensure enforcement of the provisions of law i.e. Sections 18, 23, 26 (1), 26-A, 55 and 63 (1) (f), as per Section 2 (11) and Section 2 (12) of the Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board Act, 1976 and Section 85 of the Punjab Panchayati Raj Act, 1994 and not to discriminate the old aged-widow/petitioner in the matter of providing the sewerage line by implementing the aforesaid provisions. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are certain inadvertent errors in the instant Writ Petition, therefore he prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to the petitioner to file fresh one with better particulars.
