(ORAL) Through instant petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. prayer has been made for quashing order dated 16.07.2015 (Annexure P-5) of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Amritsar, whereby complaint filed by the petitioner under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120-B IPC was dismissed in default.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to withdraw this petition with liberty to file revision against the impugned order.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
