The learned counsel representing the parties are ad idem that pursuant to a settlement outside the Court, the tenant has surrendered the possession and the landlord i.e. Harvinder Singh is now in the possession of the tenanted premises. They jointly pray for dismissal of the present revision petition as infructuous.
